What Ticket Type Do I Select in Need Help?

General Enquiry:

If you have general questions about the portal which are not specifically related to requesting a new or adjustment to a data extraction template.


Portal Issue:

If there is a specific issue relating to a transaction that is not caused by the template mapping. It could be a business rule that is not being applied correctly. Please select this ticket type.


DET Request:

If a new customer mapping template is required.


DET Adjustment:

If the extracted data is missing fields or has not been extracted correctly raise a request to adjust the mapping of the template.


Data Update Request:

If you are experiencing issues where the portal is not working correctly due to missing or incorrect master data. Please select this ticket type.


Feature Request:

If there is a feature enhancement that you would like to have added to the portal. Please select this ticket type. Our team will then review and provide feedback to your request.
